Good morning. My name is Jane Morgan. Last week, Australian data-centric security company, archTIS Limited with the ticker code AR9 announced that it had entered into an asset purchase agreement with U.S.-based data security company, Spirion LLC proposing to bring 2 complementary security offerings and expanding archTIS’ reach into key U.S. markets.
Today, I am joined by the CEO and Managing Director of archTIS Limited, Daniel Lai. Daniel, good morning, and thanks for joining us today.

So Daniel, I just want to start off by giving a little bit of background for what’s going on with archTIS in light of the recently announced asset purchase agreement with the U.S.-based data security company, Spirion LLC. So first of all, just to put it simply, why Spirion?

Well, Spirion is a company that specializes in data security posture management. And for people who don’t understand what that quadrant means in the data security market, it’s a company which does discovery of data and then classifies that data or labels that data so that it can be protected. And it’s a world leading product in that marketplace in — according to Gartner and that’s what they specialize in, and they specialize in commercial clients in the U.S. and globally and have clients also in Australia.
